Yes — and we build specifically for that possibility. Clean, documented, standard-stack code that any competent team can take over without starting from scratch. When you're ready, we offer a paid handoff period to train your new hires and stay on call during the transition. Several past clients have gone this route successfully. We're still on good terms with all of them.

Can you work with our existing team, or do you take the project over entirely?

Both models work. Some clients hand us the whole build; others embed us alongside their in-house engineers as an extension of the team.
